What you will do with us:

• Operating machines: You load and monitor CNC machines and automatic systems in series production.
• Changing tools: When worn, you replace tools and adjust small settings on the machine.
• Checking parts: You regularly check the manufactured workpieces and record the results.
• Securing processes: You resolve small malfunctions yourself and ensure that material flows continuously.

• Basic training: Completed training as Plant Operator EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ, or experience in machine operation.
• Machine experience: You know how to safely operate, load, and start CNC systems.
• Making corrections: In the event of small deviations, you can adjust tool or correction values yourself.
• Measuring parts: You can handle simple measuring tools well (e.g., vernier calipers or micrometers).
• Care & maintenance: You keep your workplace clean and perform simple maintenance work on the machines.

Personal:

• Accuracy: You work carefully, adhere to safety rules, and pay attention to good quality.
• Reliability: You can be relied upon – even when many identical parts are produced during the day.
• Team spirit: You work well with your colleagues, shift leaders, and mechanics.
• Working hours: Readiness for shift work (2- or 3-shift) is great, but jobs in day operations are also possible.
