Your tasks

• Deputy professional and operational management of Medic-Help at a federal asylum centre
• In cooperation and consultation with the site management:
• Leadership and deployment coordination of the Medic-Help team
• Ensuring initial health assessment and triage
• Organization of necessary medical and external medical treatments
• Ensuring professional medication management within the respective scope of competence
• Coordination with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other health service providers
• Ensuring complete medical documentation in the patient information system
• Implementation of hygiene, prevention, and infection protection measures
• Recognizing and escalating medical risks and special events
• Close cooperation with Regional Management Medic-Help, BAZ Management Care, and other specialist departments

Your profile

• Degree as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent recognized qualification
• At least two years of relevant professional experience
• At least two years of leadership experience
• German language skills at least level C1
• Experience in triage, primary care, or a comparable health setting is an advantage
• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• High diligence with medical documentation and confidential information
• Intercultural competence and resilience
