Process Responsible with Mechanical Skills

We are looking for a motivated "Process Responsible Co-Packing"

in Spreitenbach AG.

Tasks that could await you:

• Processing production orders: professional, qualitatively flawless, on time & efficient
• Hands-on. Proactive. Strong in production.: The focus is on active collaboration at the line. Intervening in faulty / inefficient processes - reliably, thinking along & always where action is currently required
• Technology that works: Setup, operation & monitoring of the machines, systems & devices incl. troubleshooting & minor repairs
• Focus & perspectives: Personnel development (training & further education), deployment planning in production as well as coordination tasks

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Basic technical training such as production mechanic / mechatronics technician or automation technician or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in contract logistics or co-packing or in production, mechanics or assembly
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Mechanical know-how, IT user knowledge & manual dexterity
• German (C1/native language) - any further language is a plus
• Decisiveness & assertiveness, friendliness towards people & reliability, willingness to learn & systematic approach
