To strengthen the administration, we are looking for an upbeat, personable, and precise working personality as of immediately or by arrangement as-

Responsible for Financial Accounting/HR Administration 80% - so that not only gardens, but also numbers bloom. #

Your tasks:

• Independent management of financial accounting including general and subsidiary ledgers as well as independent execution of closing work with SORBA
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Preparation and support of audits as well as contact person for the external fiduciary
• Responsibility for all personnel administration (without payroll processing), including entries and exits, contract management, master data maintenance, work certificates, and onboarding
• Partial support of the telephone switchboard including providing information and forwarding incoming calls to the responsible specialists
• Contact person for insurance-related matters as well as administrative support of the internal company vehicle pool (including leasing contracts and vehicle administration)

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in financial accounting as well as in personnel administration
• Proficiency in balance sheets and closing processes as well as an independent and responsible way of working
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing
• Professional experience in a manual or construction-related SME is an advantage
• High IT affinity as well as proficient use of common MS Office applications
• Experience with the industry software SORBA is an advantage
• Exact, structured, and efficient way of working combined with a strong sense of quality
• Reliable, team-oriented, and discreet personality with a quick grasp and pleasure in learning new things
