Management of the ordered production
Control of the work carried out and its documentation
Management of material and waste management
Support of technical projects and ensuring adjustments and maintenance work
Training and further education of employees on products and processes
Participation in the training of apprentices
Creation of suggestions for improving the safety, economy, and quality of the plants, processes, and procedures
Your profile
Completed training as a Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologist EFZ, Chemical Plant Operator, Chemical Process Engineer, or Chemical Engineer
Several years of professional experience in the production area of a chemical or pharmaceutical company (knowledge of cGMP and ISO9001:2000 an advantage)
Solution-oriented thinking and action as well as technical understanding and skill
Self-initiative, responsible and high-performance personality
Reliable, exact, and clean way of working
MS Office skills applied in the professional environment
Business fluent in German (spoken and written)
