What you can achieve: For our Product Care team in the development department of the Process Analytics business unit, we are looking for a committed personality with technical understanding, organizational skills and enjoyment of working across different specialist departments. In this role, you will accompany our sensor products throughout their entire life cycle and ensure that product changes, extensions and optimizations are implemented efficiently, sustainably and with high quality. In doing so, you will work closely with development, production, quality, purchasing, regulatory affairs and other stakeholders. Your tasks As Project Manager Product Care, you take responsibility for the planning, coordination and implementation of product changes and product extensions. Leading and coordinating cross-departmental change and integration projects Planning and implementation of product changes, product maintenance and obsolescence projects Analysis of the scope of change as well as estimation of impacts on inventory, production, resources, costs and deadlines Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and ensuring a smooth project process Conducting risk analyses and supporting special releases in cooperation with the quality managers Ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines Planning and coordination of qualifications, verifications and product tests Supporting the transfer of modified products into series production Creation and maintenance of the required project documentation What you bring with you: Technical basic training with further training at HF or FH level, preferably in mechanics, electronics or a related field Broad technical understanding as well as interest in interdisciplinary issues Experience in project coordination or in a technical environment is an advantage Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working High quality awareness and understanding of technical and operational contexts Strong communication personality with assertiveness and team spirit Very good German and good English skills Learn more about professional opportunities at Hamilton at .
