To strengthen our vocational training team, we are looking for a committed and professionally skilled personality as a Full-time Vocational Trainer Care & Nursing 50-80%, for all locations Your role - valuable and versatile: • Accompanying and coaching the trainees (FaGe, FaBe, AGS) in everyday professional life • Responsibility for ensuring the training documentation • Assessment of the trainees and conducting training discussions • Participation in team meetings and other training events • Cooperation with other vocational trainers, nursing teams of the various locations and the vocational training manager. Your profile - professionally strong, personally convincing: • Completed training as FaGe with at least 3 years of professional experience • Vocational trainer certificate and at least 1 year of experience in vocational training • Joy in training and accompanying young people. • Professional experience in long-term care or psychiatric care • Very good German language skills and high social competence.
