To strengthen and further develop our services in the area of Facility Services, caretaker services, and technical property management, we are looking for an experienced and communicative personality with knowledge of the real estate industry.

In this versatile role, you will combine your experience from the real estate world with your enjoyment of consulting, customer contact, and the establishment of long-term business relationships.

Your tasks

• Support and further development of existing and new customer contacts
• Establishment of relationships with real estate management companies, owners, and other contact persons in the real estate industry
• Telephone and personal contact initiation
• Recognition of customer needs and potential support opportunities
• Consulting regarding Facility Services, caretaker services, and property management
• Arrangement and preparation of customer meetings and property inspections
• Accompanying interesting customer contacts from the initial conversation to the concrete inquiry
• Consistent care and follow-up of customer contacts
• Cooperation with the management and our specialist team

In the case of technical questions, you will be supported by our specialists. Your task is not to plan technical solutions yourself, but to understand the customer's needs and bring the right contact persons together.

Your profile

Ideally, you have professional experience in one or more of the following areas:

Real estate management, property management, Facility Management, building services, caretaker services, or property management.

You are familiar with the processes and challenges surrounding the management of properties and can empathize well with the situation of management companies and owners.

• Enjoyment of customer contact and customer development
• Sales talent and a good sense for people
• Confident and sympathetic appearance
• Enjoyment of telephone calls as well as personal customer conversations
• Ability to listen well and recognize needs
• Independent and structured way of working
• Reliability and perseverance
• Good oral and written German skills
• Interest in real estate and its technical maintenance
• An existing network in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
