Your tasks

• Developing and further developing advisory services on the topics of retirement and risk provision, inheritance and tax consultancy, occupational pension schemes, and business succession
• Proactively driving and accompanying IT projects within the framework of pensions
• Active life-cycle management as well as ensuring smooth operation of the relevant product portfolio (reportings, sales support, continuous quality assurance, training measures, etc.)
• Creating analyses and elaborating solutions as well as presenting them to specialist and management committees
• Performing a coordination function and collaborating with various areas (sales units, specialist departments, IT, legal, etc.)

Your profile

• University or university of applied sciences degree in finance, business administration, or a similar subject area
• At least 6 years of experience in product management in the financial services industry, knowledge of the pension business is an advantage
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, convincing appearance with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• High affinity for IT systems and digitalization as well as interest in innovative technologies
• High social competence and a resilient personality with high motivation and initiative
• Strong communication skills in German language
