Your tasks: Engineering, administration and provision of cloud and on-prem infrastructures; Ensuring stable operation as well as continuous further development of network and system infrastructures at customers (WLAN, Switching, Routing, Firewall); Installation, configuration and commissioning of server, network and client infrastructures (on-site and remote); Analysis, troubleshooting and sustainable rectification of complex disturbances in heterogeneous customer environments. Your technical profile: Completed training as Informatiker/in EFZ with specialization in platform development (formerly system technology); Several years of professional experience in the IT industry, ideally at an IT service provider; Very good knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems; Sound network knowledge in the areas of VPN, Routing and Firewall; Experience in the use of cloud and virtualization solutions; Practical knowledge in Microsoft technologies, Microsoft Windows Server as well as Microsoft 365 (Office 365). Your soft skills: You are reliable, independent and communicative; Working in a team is a matter of course for you; Customer orientation and enjoyment of new contacts are among your strengths; You have very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage; You have a driving license of cat.
