Nestled between the lake and the Jura, the commune of Hautemorges privileges local service and has a dynamic team of a little sixty people, invested daily for the well-being of its inhabitants.
In order to complete its team, the Municipality of Hautemorges is looking for a
Multi-skilled employee 100% - building and exterior maintenance service
Start date: immediately or to be agreed
Main activities:

• Maintain cleanliness and apply safety measures in municipal buildings
• Guarantee the comfort of occupants and the proper functioning of technical installations
• Monitor and control activities taking place in the building
• Room rentals (key handover and collection, inventory of premises)
• Ensure concierge services
• Maintain premises and circulation areas
• Empty bins, refill paper and soap dispensers
• Maintain the cleanliness of sanitary facilities
• Perform small routine repairs
• Perform cleaning work outside the schedule when circumstances require it (bad weather, demonstrations or events)
• Apply prescribed working methods (use of products and machines)
• Control and monitor activities taking place in the building
• Participate in the organization of services related to the rental of municipal rooms in collaboration with the Management Service
• Be able to perform other tasks not directly related to the function
• Various maintenance work on buildings and exteriors

Workplace: Mainly Apples
Desired profile:

• Professional experience in a similar or deemed equivalent position
• Knowledge of cleaning and building maintenance techniques
• Analytical and synthesis skills, sense of organization, responsibilities and priorities, resistance to stress and autonomy

Special conditions:

• Sometimes irregular hours
• Holidays to be taken during school holidays
• Residence within a radius of less than 15 minutes of Apples
