Tasks

• Planning, coordination and support of projects in the field of building technology
• Representation of the client in building technology projects in renovations and new constructions
• Support and management of various building technology systems
• Identification, testing and realization of optimization opportunities for building technology systems
• Monitoring of systems in cooperation with the internal plant engineering
• Recording and maintenance of system and building documentation
• Planning and control of maintenance processes as well as control and calibration work
• Monitoring of the economic efficiency, value preservation and consumption indicators of the technical systems

Requirements

• Completed training in the field of building technology, for example building automation, electrical, heating or refrigeration
• Further training at engineer, technician HF or comparable level is an advantage
• Strong interest in building technology as well as a good understanding of process relationships
• Networked and analytical thinking
• Very good IT user skills
• Driver's license category B
• Team-oriented personality
• German language skills at least level C1
