What you can contribute

• Ensure controlling and reporting in accordance with current requirements, guarantee quality, compliance with deadlines, and customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports, statistics, and operational management evaluations, analyze, develop, and conduct periodic CO closings
• Manage CO objects, master data, and SAP authorizations, ensure technical and specialized assistance
• Design, manage, and optimize controlling and reporting processes, and ensure their continuous development
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, directives, and the internal control system, conduct internal controls
• Advise clients and specialized departments, organize training, participate in ERP updates, modifications, and projects, and coordinate corresponding tests

What makes you unique

• Degree from a university of applied sciences or a higher technical college (e.g., expert diploma in financial reporting and controlling, federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting)
• Several years of professional experience in controlling and reporting, as well as proven knowledge in business administration
• Solid knowledge of ERP, in particular SAP FI and S/4HANA, as well as very good knowledge of Excel and understanding of data protection and information security
• Excellent capacity for analysis, conceptualization, and synthesis, strong affinity for numbers, structured and autonomous working method, sense of responsibility, and an approach oriented towards solutions and results
• Team spirit and service orientation, good communication and moderation skills
• Very good knowledge of one official language and good knowledge of a second official language

In a few words

As part of your function, you will ensure correct, fast, and transparent controlling and reporting within the Finance Service Center (CS FI). You will assume responsibilities related to process optimization, SAP authorization management, internal control system management, data quality, and audit security, and you will develop reporting. As an intermediary between clients, specialized divisions, audit units, and external partners, you will develop practical solutions and transfer specialized knowledge.
