Due to the maternity leave of our current position holder, we are looking for a motivated person starting from 01.11.2026 or by agreement as:

Unit Care Manager (80 -100%) ##

• Completed training as a specialist in long-term care and support with a federal certificate of competency or team management
• Joy of working with people
• Flexible, resilient and empathetic personality
• Team spirit
• Management experience in the field of long-term care is an asset
• Willingness to mentor apprentices in training
• Availability to assume daily responsibility, unit services and on-call duties
• Sense of organization and structured way of working
• Openness to change
• Knowledge and experience with the RAI LTCF or NH assessment model is an advantage
• Confident communication in German, both oral and written
