Why this position? ##

The emergency service soH is a unit consisting of the East, Middle and West locations and the Cantonal Alarm Center. A total of around 13,500 missions take place per year.

What you will do with us ##

• Pre-clinical care of patients in emergency, crisis and risk situations
• Recovery and application of common rescue techniques and various station-related tasks to ensure daily operations
• Completing the three-year training to become a Dipl. Paramedic HF/Dipl. Paramedic HF at the Zentrum für medizinische Bildung in Bern starting from March 2028

What you bring with you ##

• Completed vocational training with federal certificate of capacity or FMS completion or gymnasiale Matur or education and training at tertiary level
• Passed admission procedure for the paramedic study program at the Zentrum für medizinische Bildung in Bern, driver's license categories C1 and D1 or the readiness to acquire these by the start of training
• Complete application dossier according to the specifications of soH | Education & further training at higher vocational schools (HF) Paramedic/Paramedic HF
• Socially competent, physically and mentally resilient, high communicative skills
