Tasks
In this guest-oriented position, you are responsible for:

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the daily management of the restaurant and ensuring smooth operations
• Assisting in the creation of duty rosters with Mirus 3.0 and optimizing personnel resources
• Development and implementation of internal training on operational guidelines, our offering, and the further development of employees
• Ensuring and monitoring all hygiene and quality standards for flawless guest service

Your profile

• Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or a degree from a hotel management school
• Professional experience in a comparable position and confident handling of Micros Symphonie
• Experience in upscale hotel operations
• Fluent German and English skills, any further foreign language is a plus
• Sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and a strong sense of quality
• Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, enjoyment in employee leadership, and a winning appearance
