In order to strengthen our Metrology team, we wish to hire a: Metrology Technician 80-100% (m/f)Your activity: * Perform metrology activities (incoming inspection and measurement of customer parts for applications and production supports for the preparation and validation of our machines) * Write reports and carry out analyses for internal and external customersHandle non-conformities for the incoming inspection part, in collaboration with supplier quality * Ensure the maintenance, control (internal/external) and traceability of measuring machines and equipment, under the responsibility of the Metrology department * Maintain and improve the KPIs relating to the Metrology department * Support and advise other departments during the purchase of measuring equipment * Ensure the proper adequacy between our measuring means and the evolution of our developments * Ensure the monitoring of metrology and safety procedures and adapt them to needs * Collaborate closely with other departments on ongoing technical problems, projects or prototypes in developmentParticipate in discussions with customers in support of the Sales team * Use and program measuring machines (Werth, Keyence) * Contribute to the validation and reliability of measurement systems embedded in our products (R&R in particular * Actively participate in continuous improvement and the optimization of control methodsYour profile: * Training as a technician or engineer HES in the field of quality and microtechnology with experience in metrology, or training/experience deemed equivalent * Mastery of reading plans and interpretation of ISO GPS dimensioningKnowledge of programming (WinWerth software would be an asset) and notions of industrial statistics * Ability to use and understand technical software (ERP, CAD) as well as MS-Office office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Precise, conscientious, autonomous, comfortable in communication and open to change * Methodical person, comfortable with documentation and standardization of work (knowledge of Lean Management would be an asset) * Perfect mastery of French (oral and written) and very good knowledge of English Your advantages: * 5 weeks of vacation per year and 1 additional week through daily compensation * Flexible working hours * Possibility of teleworking * Free parking spaces * Discounts with several partners We offer an interesting and varied position addressed to a conscientious, precise person eager to progress.
