You make the appropriate decision for further action in your cases independently and taking into account factual as well as economic aspects. Qualification What distinguishes you: You have completed commercial training. You have proven knowledge in the area of customer service, service and/or finance, preferably in the area of debt collection. You communicate fluently in German and Italian. ösisch is an advantage. You have a confident, skillful and factual manner in demanding telephone customer conversations. Your MS-Office skills (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.) are sound and you are proficient in their application. You appreciate a diverse range of tasks and can prioritize well.
