Experienced Technical Manager 100%

You have solid experience in technical real estate management, so join our team.

Job description:

• Control the condition of properties upon arrival and departure of a tenant, as well as during the lease
• Perform preliminary, exit, and entry inspections
• Organize any necessary renovations and quantify work requirements, notably by establishing quotes and counter-offers
• Negotiate with companies and have budgets validated by management and owners
• Establish schedules and monitor construction sites, ensuring the proper execution of requests
• Ensure the proper maintenance of residential and industrial buildings, notably by having periodic inspections carried out and supervising the work of concierges
• Produce reports on the condition of buildings
• Handle insurance claims
• Coordinate relations between the agency, owners, tenants, and other stakeholders and conduct, in agreement with Management, the inherent negotiations to ensure the technical follow-up of the properties
• Plan and anticipate work for commercial buildings according to their life cycle
• Manage all administrative aspects related to works (real estate software Quorum, OnBase, Homepad, Immodata, Tayo, etc.)

Your profile:

• Able to justify at least three years of activity in a real estate agency in Switzerland or equivalent experience
• Having a technical training in real estate, specialized in the management of institutional and commercial buildings would be an asset
• Recognized training (USPI, APGCI or equivalent) would be a plus
• Great writing skills
• Possessing great motivation as well as excellent organization
• Capacity for anticipation and planning. Good resistance to stress
• Customer service oriented and endowed with listening skills and empathy
• Excellent command of IT tools; knowledge of Quorum represents an asset
• French native speaker with knowledge of English
