What awaits you:

• Analyze and redraw existing processes from the integrated management system (IMS)
• Structurally record process flows and visualize them understandably
• Create and revise flowcharts and process representations using the software IQSoft
• Document business processes in a comprehensible manner and ensure a uniform representation

What you should bring with you:

• Ongoing studies (FH/HF/Uni) in the field of Business Administration (BWL), Economics or comparable
• Good understanding of business processes and connections
• Very good process understanding as well as affinity for creating flowcharts
• Structured, independent and careful way of working
• Knowledge of IQSoft is an advantage; willingness to learn the software
• Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing
