We are looking for the department of children and adolescents for a:

Social Educator (M/F)

Residential home concerned by the recruitment:

• Chantecler: residential home for young adolescents, with reinforced educational support.

Mission :

• Socio-educational and care support for all acts of daily life.
• The development, monitoring and evaluation of the individualized projects of the beneficiaries by reference system.
• Participation in projects related to the organization, functioning and pedagogical line of the residential home and the institution.
• Close collaboration with the educational, nursing as well as the staff delegated to the management of the residential home.
• Regular collaboration with the relatives of the beneficiaries and the various intra and extra-institutional partners.

We expect :

• Training as an educator at ASE/ES/HES level.
• Particular skills in the development, implementation, management and evaluation of the individualized projects of the beneficiaries.
• Experience and/or a solid interest in the support of children and adolescents in situations of disability, notably with autism spectrum disorders.
• Experience and/or a solid interest in working with families.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary team.
• Creativity and reflexive capacity in connection with the dynamics of the residential home and work in an institution.
• Driving license indispensable.
