The Alterszentrum Aaheim is an institution of the municipality of Aadorf. A total of 86 elderly people live in four residential groups - one of which is a protected living area for people with dementia. We attach great importance to respecting the individual personality, life experience, and abilities of our residents. Well over 120 people work at the Alterszentrum Aaheim. The institution also includes 24 senior apartments.

We are a training company for, among others, the training courses of Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe) and Assistentin/Assistent Gesundheit und Soziales (AGS). We work in the primary nursing system, with the electronic nursing documentation easyDOK and the needs assessment instrument RAI-NH.

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann 80 - 100 % as Deputy Residential Group Manager

You are jointly responsible for the demanding nursing and care of the residents of a residential group and represent the team leader in her absence.

Your main tasks

• Needs- and requirement-oriented nursing and care of the residents
• Management of nursing and care needs using the nursing process (easyDOK, RAI-NH)
• Representation of the team leader
• Shift and house responsibility
• Accompanying trainees in achieving their learning goals

Your profile

• Diploma degree Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF, FH, DN1, DN2, AKP
• Joy in supporting employees, organizing and managing tasks
• Resilience and flexibility
• Good oral and written German skills
• Good PC skills
