Your missions

You contribute to the proper functioning, safety and maintenance of the Clinic's buildings and facilities.

You will notably be required to:

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and technical installations.
• Carry out first-level work in electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, painting, carpentry and small repairs.
• Control and maintain technical installations, notably the therapeutic pools and their equipment.
• Intervene in rooms, care areas and rehabilitation spaces, respecting the patients' environment.
• Participate in the maintenance of outdoor spaces and snow removal on the site.
• Identify malfunctions and ensure follow-up with specialized companies when necessary.
• Ensure on-call service and emergency interventions, according to the service organization.

Your profile

We are looking for a reliable, versatile and solution-oriented person, possessing:

• A technical professional training or a training deemed equivalent.
• Good practical knowledge in building maintenance.
• Knowledge in the field of water treatment and control of swimming pools is an asset.
• A good ability to diagnose a problem and find an appropriate solution.
• Autonomy, reactivity and sense of organization.
• Team spirit and sense of service.
• A good command of French; German is an asset.

Your tasks

• Ensuring the preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and technical systems.
• Carrying out simple work in the areas of electrical, sanitary, locksmithing, painting, carpentry and minor repairs.
• Controlling and maintaining the technical systems, especially the therapy pools and their equipment.
• Activities in the rooms, treatment rooms and rehabilitation areas, taking into account the patients' environment.
• Helping with the care of the outdoor facilities and snow removal on the premises.
• Identifying malfunctions and, if necessary, follow-up with specialized companies.
• Ensuring on-call service and emergency interventions according to the service organization.

Your profile

We are looking for a reliable, versatile and solution-oriented person with the following requirements:

• A technical vocational training or training recognized as equivalent.
• Good practical knowledge in building maintenance.
• Basic knowledge in the area of water treatment and control of swimming pools is an advantage.
• The ability to diagnose problems and find suitable solutions.
• Independence, responsiveness and organizational talent.
• Team spirit and service orientation.
• Good French skills; German is an advantage.
