Your tasks

• You lead the HR department and report directly to the Municipal Clerk (Chairman of the Executive Board)
• Leading the HR Generalist (40%) Support and further development of the entire personnel management of the municipality of Obersiggenthal
• Responsibility for payroll Management of contracts, certificates, confirmations, etc.
• Support and advice for line managers, the Executive Board, and the Municipal Council in all HR matters including labor and social insurance law
• Responsible for the recruitment process involving the line managers
• Planning of personnel development together with the managers
• Providing and interpreting statistics and HR key figures
• In a two-person team with an HR Generalist, you ensure mutual substitution in central personnel management tasks (payroll administration, master data maintenance)

What you bring with you

• Commercial apprenticeship with qualified further training as an HR specialist (e.g., federal diploma)
• Several years of professional experience in HR including payroll, preferably in public administration, as well as leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of social insurance and labor law
• You act independently, are flexible, and strong in communication
• You are an enterprising, integrous, and team-oriented personality
