Flury AG is a family-owned company operating in the Bern-Solothurn region with approx. 100 employees. In Koppigen, we produce regional and high-quality products in the areas of bakery, confectionery, and pastry. We distribute the products in our soon-to-be eight retail stores with adjacent cafés. To strengthen our administration team, we are looking for an upbeat, proactive, and committed personality for our accounting.

What awaits you:

• Ensuring and controlling daily cash transactions
• Checking, assigning accounts, and posting accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Preparing and processing payment orders
• Handling the dunning process and monitoring open receivables
• Creating VAT returns
• Assisting with the posting and reconciliation of bank accounts
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Recording and processing insurance claims as well as coordinating with insurance companies
• Taking on general administrative tasks in the finance and HR areas

What you bring with you:

• Basic training in the commercial sector
• Further training in the field of finance and accounting
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
