Project Manager - Infrastructure Technical Office

A local player, Groupe E Tech, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of electrical installations, switchboards and infrastructures, telecommunications, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, as well as maintenance of installations.

Mission:

As Project Manager in the Infrastructure Technical Office, you are responsible for the preparation and management of technical and financial offers for large-scale projects in the field of electrical infrastructures.

  • Analyse tender documents, bids and public contracts.
  • Study, price and develop technical and financial offers for MV/LV networks, MV/LV substations, industrial, road and railway infrastructures projects.
  • Identify the most suitable technical solutions by balancing quality, innovation, safety and profitability.
  • Coordinate studies with various internal partners as well as suppliers.
  • Consult, compare and negotiate supplier offers independently or in collaboration with the purchasing department.
  • Prepare or check technical documents (plans, diagrams, specifications, technical variants).
  • Establish cost calculations, risk analyses, margins and financial optimisations of projects.
  • Participate in technical meetings with clients, engineering offices and partners.
  • Ensure handover meetings with execution teams.
  • Guarantee compliance with current standards as well as quality, safety and environmental requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing methods and continuous improvement of Technical Office processes.

Profile:

  • Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as network electrician, electrical installer, electrical planner or equivalent training.
  • Federal diploma, ES or HES degree in electrical or energy field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in pricing, tenders, public contracts or technical project management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MV/LV infrastructures, substations and distribution networks.
  • Good command of common IT tools and calculation software, knowledge of WinProgitel is an asset.
  • Confidence in financial analysis and cost control.
  • Analytical mind, rigour and ability to manage several files simultaneously.
  • Sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
  • Fluency in French; knowledge of German is an asset.
