Tasks ##

• Assemble and test assemblies
• Cut, strip and solder cables
• Precise assembly of demanding connectors
• Final inspection, quality assurance and packaging
• Digitally record production orders (SAP)
• Participation in process optimization (Lean methods)
• Deployment in 2- to 3-shift operation, work start sometimes from 05:00

Requirements ##

• Experience with small components and optical tools
• Manual dexterity and reading technical drawings
• Technical understanding for machine operation
• Very good German skills (at least B1)
• Readiness for shift work (start early in the morning)
• Team player, careful, flexible and reliable
