Job Description ## The political rights directorate is responsible for the organization and smooth running of elections and votes within the Vaud territory.  Do you want to join a young and dynamic team?  At the heart of Vaud elections and votes, put your experience and expertise at the service of democracy by joining the Bureau électoral cantonal de l'Etat de Vaud.  Responsibilities ## • Prepare, organize and ensure the follow-up of operations related to federal, cantonal and communal ballots • Ensure support and guidance to the communes • Autonomously ensure the control and monitoring resulting from legislation on the transparency of political life financing • Participate in training and communication regarding political rights • Ensure the administrative support of the bureau électoral cantonal   For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here or contact Monsieur Vincent Duvoisin, directeur des affaires communales et des droits politiques at +41 21 316 41 55 Qualifications ## • CFC employé·e de commerce or a title deemed equivalent • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in support or client advisory • Very good knowledge of institutions and communal functioning • Proven experience within a Vaud commune • Proficiency with IT tools and ability to adapt to various types of software • Good stress resistance and ability to manage conflicts • Sense of organization, rigor, spirit of mutual aid and collaboration, discretion WHO ARE WE? ## At the Direction générale des affaires institutionnelles et des communes (DGAIC), we promote collaboration between the State, the ten prefectures of the canton and the communes.
