System Administrator ( 1 month mission ) Today, we are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator to join our client's team in Lausanne for a 20-day mission. The start will be as soon as possible. The role: • Ensure the operational entry point for incident/request tickets. • Analyze, qualify and process tickets directly when possible. • Consult Systems, Network or Access Management experts in case of a specific need. • Assign tickets to the competent persons if necessary. • Systematically document actions performed in the knowledge base. • Contribute to the fluidity and efficiency of request and incident processing. Profile sought: • Versatile systems administrator (Windows Server, Linux, VMware/vSphere). • Appreciated knowledge in IAM and networks (Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba). • Mastery of an ITSM tool, ideally Jira. • Ability to analyze, process and prioritize a backlog of tickets. • Ability to write and document interventions clearly. • Good interpersonal skills and fluid communication with different teams. • Collaborative spirit and sense of service.
