To learn more, visit our website About the job The function of production operator consists of operating and monitoring our various production machines, in compliance with safety rules, quality requirements, and our work instructions. Throughout their journey, the operator develops technical knowledge of the equipment in order to gain autonomy and evolve in their functions. Main responsibilities Perform production, setup, and dimensional control activities Ensure compliance with the organization and production standards at the workstation by following a defined production plan Identify and report various problems and potential causes, propose solutions and improvements Perform first-level maintenance Ensure the transmission of information during shift handovers Participate in continuous improvement within the framework of the existing structure Ensure the correct application of 5S (organization system) and the cleaning of lines The schedules are organized in 2x8 or 3x8 shifts depending on the departments (5h30-14h15 / 14h00-22h45 / 22h30-5h45).
