Tasks

Use your skills in the following areas:

You are responsible for customer and candidate satisfaction as well as increasing turnover with existing customers.

A first-class customer and candidate service at Adecco includes the following activities:

• In the field of temporary and permanent placement, you are responsible for filling the open vacancies of our customers in the Basel metropolitan area
• You write compelling and appealing job advertisements and post them at the right time in the right place
• Active candidate searching on various internal and external media is also part of your tasks
• The subsequent applications are thoroughly reviewed and evaluated by you
• You independently manage a customer base in both internal and external sales and continuously expand this through versatile acquisition activities
• You stay up to date regarding market developments in the Basel region
• As a team member, you live our The Adecco Group values

All in all: Proactive candidate and customer care as well as independent handling of the complete placement process up to contract negotiations and successful conclusion is your job.

Profile

With your electrical installer training and further training in the technical merchant and/or sales field, you already bring important requirements for this position.

• You have no fear of contact, are proactive towards new contacts and approach them openly
• You are a sales talent, ready to learn new things and apply them quickly
• Your extraordinary degree of self-motivation and personal responsibility are the foundation of your initiative way of working
• You are a communication talent and can express this in very good German. English and French skills are an advantage
• Your valid driver's license Cat. B is essential in this activity
