SALES ASSISTANT
Active in the trade of equipment, machines and cleaning products for professionals,
HYPROS SA, is looking for its Sales Department :
Sales Assistant for a position at 80 or 100% in an open-ended contract
MAIN TASKS
Invoicing
Partial reception of telephone calls
Issuing quotes and orders on our commercial management software.
Making appointments by telephone for the sales representatives
Assisting the sales representatives
Updating item files with photos on e-commerce
PROFILE SOUGHT
Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable on the phone, good organization, autonomous.
Experience with an ERP.
Good mastery of Excel.
Very good writing skills in French.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Hours: 7h30-12h00 13h30-17h00 from Monday to Friday

Vacation: 4 weeks (distribution at choice)
