To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality as Team Leader Nursing Night Shift (80-100 %) immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing night shift team
• Support, promotion, and development of employees
• Conducting employee appraisals and recruitments
• Responsibility for the team's deployment and holiday planning
• Ensuring professional care of the residents
• Ensuring the flow of information between night and day organizations
• Ensuring high nursing quality and professional night service
• Taking over the main night watch with professional responsibility

Your profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or comparable
• Further training in leadership required
• Ideally, initial leadership experience present
• Several years of experience in long-term care, preferably night service
• Strong social competence and an appreciative, clear leadership style
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good IT user skills, experience in Inter-RAI an advantage
