Nursing Assistant M/F – Home Care | Regular, interim and ad hoc missions | Genève & La Côte vaudoise
Your mission:
Offer personalized care adapted to the needs of the beneficiaries;
Ensure hygiene, comfort and support care in compliance with good practices;
Ensure a care round autonomously in a defined geographical sector;
Ensure the traceability of care and the transmission of essential information for the continuity of care;
Participate in the assessment of the beneficiaries' needs and report any change in their condition;
Collaborate with the various stakeholders and the multidisciplinary team;
Intervene as part of regular missions, occasional replacements or urgent ad hoc missions;
Contribute to maintaining the autonomy and well-being of the people supported at home.
Your profile:
You hold a Nursing Assistant diploma or training considered equivalent;
You have at least 2 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant;
You ideally have a first successful experience in home care;
You have good knowledge of the Geneva and/or Vaud care network, an asset;
You are organized, autonomous, flexible and adaptable;
You are comfortable with IT tools;
You have a personal vehicle (an asset) or are mobile in your intervention sector;
You know how to manage emergency situations with professionalism and composure;
You demonstrate great interpersonal ease, empathy and discretion;
You enjoy teamwork while being able to work autonomously;
Your criminal record is clean;
You are available for regular, occasional or ad hoc missions according to your availability.
