Your profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Registered Nurse HF / Registered Nurse HF
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Enjoyment in working with elderly and people in need of care
• Sense of responsibility, independence and high social competence
• Empathy and respectful interaction
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to take on responsibility and to develop professionally

Your tasks

• Professional and individual care and support of our residents
• Taking over professional responsibility in the care process
• Ensuring high care quality and needs-oriented care
• Carrying out nursing diagnostics, care planning and evaluation
• Responsibility for correct nursing documentation
• Cooperation with doctors, relatives as well as internal and external specialist agencies
• Accompanying and supporting apprentices and students in everyday nursing
• Participation in the further development of our care quality and work processes
