Your tasks
You are the interface between customers, processes, data, and technology.

• You are responsible for the technical foundations, the operation (Azure), and further development of the activity analysis CURAtime
• You coordinate the cooperation with development and infrastructure partners
• You analyze data, recognize correlations, and derive concrete recommendations for action
• You are responsible for sound CURAtime evaluations and dashboards in Power BI
• You present the results understandably in customer projects and are a competent contact person for the project and support team
• As a member of the Executive Board, you ensure smooth order processing according to our business processes

What you bring
You combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills and enjoy developing concrete improvements from data. You understand the language of the Executive Board as well as the challenges of the administrative staff.

• Degree (HF, FH, or university) in business informatics or comparable training
• Experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant, Process Manager, or in a similar function
• Good knowledge of Power BI and SQL, ideally experience with Azure
• Strong understanding of data, processes, and business contexts
• Enjoyment in analyzing complex issues and developing implementable solutions
• Confident appearance and communication strength at all hierarchical levels
• Enjoyment in customer contact and in not only analyzing, but changing
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as a team player
• Industry knowledge in healthcare is an advantage
