Activity

• Software support for service, sales and project management for workflow and system software adaptations
• Integration and support of communication interfaces such as Profinet, Ethernet IP and Powerlink
• Creation and maintenance of documentation for PLC adaptations and software functions
• Implementation of training and commissioning at home and abroad
• Processing of customer complaints in the service tool and support for the service internal sales
• Requirements
• Completed technical training, for example as an automation technician or electrical fitter
• Basic knowledge or interest in programming and software support
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
