• Coordinate NEPRO projects according to HERMES 2022, ensure compliance with project specifications, support deadlines and milestones as well as project progress and the project managers in planning and control if necessary
• Ensure regular project coordination, consolidate project information and report on status and risks to superiors and the head of the office
• Lead own projects within the framework of NEPRO if required
• Project management: Participate in the preparation or further development of standards, instruments and templates, create, maintain and further develop them
• Portfolio management: Support the portfolio manager in maintaining the project portfolio

What makes you unique

• Completed studies in business informatics, informatics, business administration or a comparable course of study with further training in project management
• Several years of experience as a program manager or project manager including project controlling and monitoring
• Experience in project, resource planning, risk management and project controlling
• Understanding of cross-cutting connections between projects and programs
• Active knowledge of two official languages as well as English
