Job Description ----------------------- • Collaboration on construction sites in timber construction (element construction, erecting, interior finishing) • Independent work according to plans (depending on experience) • Support of the team in versatile timber construction projects • General work in timber and shell construction • Teamwork on construction sites in the Sursee region • Workload: 100% | Monday to Friday • Ongoing assignments with the possibility of permanent employment What we expect ---------------- • Resident in the Sursee region / Canton Luzern (mandatory) • Good German skills (construction site German mandatory) • Experience in timber construction in Switzerland is an advantage • Training as a Carpenter EFZ or Woodworker EBA is an advantage • Also suitable for persons who grew up on a farm and can roll up their sleeves • Good physical fitness and resilience • Independent, reliable, and motivated way of working • Ability to work in a team and proactive thinking on the construction site Only candidates who already live in the region will be considered.
