What you can contribute to: • Alarm and call interventions • Control rounds for specific clients • Various and occasional missions coordinated by the hierarchy • Simple administrative tasks • 4x12 working hours, with annual shift planning What you bring: • Experience in armed services (recruit school, military, police, gendarmerie, armed security, etc.) • Able to pass the "Permit to Carry Arms Pistol" exam within 3 to 6 months • Swiss PPA Pistol or/and category B firearms possession certificate, a strong asset • Valid pistol shooting license for 6 months, another strong asset • Mandatory category B driver's license (car) • 6 months of experience in alarm system handling, a big plus • Excellent presentation and physical/psychic resistance • Practice of a self-defense sport • Very good knowledge of spoken French, other languages an asset • Excellent sense of anticipation and contact, diplomacy, and self-confidence • Ability to intervene and protect defined objectives when needed • Very good priority management, sense of initiative • High emotional resilience and ability to resist continuous pressure • Great ability to work both autonomously and in a team • Strong sense of discipline • Swiss nationality, permit C, B with authorized gainful activity (for more than 2 years if third-country national) or EU/AELE citizen • Impeccable integrity (control of past or ongoing criminal and judicial proceedings) What we offer: • Workplace in Geneva with a start date to be determined • A monthly salary x 13 after passing the PPA Police exam within 3 to 6 months • Armed specialist and intervention premiums in addition to the salary after passing the PPA Police exam • 4x12 working hours, with annual shift planning • Varied challenges to take on in the service of security • A stable and varied position in a dynamic and stimulating work environment • An interesting and unconventional activity and autonomous work • The best training in the security branch • A pleasant work environment and a motivated team • Opportunities for advancement according to your skills Have we sparked your interest?
