Your tasks

• You independently manage small to medium-sized projects across all project phases – from planning and calculation to implementation.
• You develop technically and professionally flawless planning solutions and are responsible for tenders, offer comparisons, awards, and negotiations.
• You coordinate your trade technically and spatially, provide technical leadership to project employees, and ensure smooth cooperation.
• You conduct construction meetings and QA appointments, accompany acceptances, and monitor as well as document construction progress.
• You are responsible for the construction finances of your trade as well as the submission and processing of documents for building applications.

Your competencies

• You have training as a Dipl. Techniker:in HF or a degree as an Ingenieur:in Gebäudetechnik BSc HLKS as well as sound experience in the planning and coordination of building services systems.
• Tendering, awarding, and quality assurance are part of your know-how, as is secure project and time management with a focus on deadline, cost, and quality goals.
• You coordinate technical and spatial interfaces efficiently, lead projects in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and take on the technical leadership of project employees.
• With your confident appearance, your clear communication, and your independent, responsible manner, you convince internal as well as external partners.
• Initiative, decisiveness, resilience, and a strong sense of quality round off your profile.
