Neuhof in Birr is a co-educational institution supported by the Confederation and the Canton with 48 residential places for young people between the ages of 15 and 25. The young people are undergoing a civil or juvenile criminal law measure or a vocational measure of the IV. The wide range of residential, school, and training offers serves the social and vocational integration of the clients.

For our decentrally located residential group for young women with eight places, we are looking to complement our team for a fixed term for the first half of 2027 for a

dipl. Sozialpädagogin 60 - 80 % ##

Your profile:

• one of the following completed educations: HF-diploma in social pedagogy or as a nursing specialist FH-diploma in social work or nursing University degree in social work, social pedagogy, clinical special education, educational sciences, psychology or social sciences
• innovative, mature personality, minimum age 25
• experience in inpatient work with dissocial youths
• high relationship and conflict resolution skills
• pronounced social competence
• joy in creative activities (gardening, crafts, painting)
• willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends
• driver's license Cat. B

Your tasks:

• accompaniment and care of up to eight young women in a team of four to five social pedagogues under the implementation of our pedagogical-therapeutic concept
• creation and implementation of resource-oriented support plans and reports within the framework of key worker work
• interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialist departments as well as with parents and authorities
• completion of all administrative tasks in connection with the client systems of the assigned youths
