Job description
As a Recruitment and Planning Officer specialized in the health and social fields, you will intervene in the entire process, from the recruitment of professionals to their placement and the administrative follow-up of their missions:
Ensure the sourcing, pre-selection and recruitment of health and social professionals, conduct interviews and evaluate the suitability of profiles with the needs of our partner establishments
Compile and monitor candidate files, ensuring the compliance of diplomas, authorizations and documents necessary for their engagement
Receive personnel requests from establishments, identify available profiles and ensure the planning of temporary workers based on the skills, availability and needs of clients
Manage emergencies, replacements and last-minute changes with reactivity, finding suitable solutions as quickly as possible
Establish employment contracts and mission contracts related to the placements made and ensure the administrative follow-up of assignments
Maintain regular communication with candidates, temporary workers and partner establishments in order to guarantee the quality of recruitment, placements and mission follow-up
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified professionals and actively contribute to the loyalty of candidates and temporary workers
Provide telephone availability outside of agency opening hours to respond to the urgent needs of our partner establishments, on an alternating basis with other members of the planning team
