Main mission(s) ### Ensure, in collaboration with the head of the device, a visible, preventive, and dissuasive presence in the defined sectors in order to strengthen the population's sense of security Coordinate the operational commitment of the personnel assigned to the device and adapt the resources according to needs and events Guarantee the collection, analysis, and transmission of the operational information necessary for the prevention and resolution of field problems Develop and maintain partnerships with local actors and different police entities in order to promote a coordinated approach to security Supervise, accompany, and support collaborators in the execution of their missions, ensuring the quality of services and the development of skills Identify areas for improvement of the device, propose concrete solutions, ensure follow-up of actions implemented, and conduct experience feedback Represent the Police Corps in different working groups or events, while ensuring respect for procedures, legislation, and the institution's image Profile ### Federal certificate of police officer Driving course II of the Swiss Police Institute (CCII) Ongoing training in Basic Personnel Management, RH CCIVD module, desired Minimum 9 years of police practice, including 3 years in a proximity police post Excellent knowledge of procedures, laws, and regulations related to police activity Leadership and ease in contacts and communication Sense of cooperation between entities Sense of initiative and ability to make decisions Special conditions ### Irregular hours Picket service Driving license (cat.
