Head of Maintenance with competence & further training as an ASGS specialist in your luggage # Employment: 100% Location: Heerbrugg Industry: various industry Publication date: 28.08.2026 What you can achieve • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the maintenance team with three employees • Ensuring high machine and plant availability as well as the development and maintenance of preventive maintenance plans • Further development of the maintenance strategy as well as definition of maintenance standards • Establishment, maintenance, and monitoring of occupational safety • Planning and further development of the safety concept • Carrying out hazard assessments, risk assessments, and accident analyses as well as derivation, definition, and implementation of suitable measures • Ensuring and conducting training and instructions on occupational safety • Responsibility and support of the internal fire protection and emergency organization • Reviewing and helping to shape workplaces, work equipment, and personal protective equipment • Advising management, supervisors, and employees on all matters of occupational safety and health protection • Planning and accompanying external audits as well as conducting safety inspections What distinguishes you • Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or comparable training in an industrial environment as well as several years of experience as a maintenance manager and safety officer • Completed further training in the field of occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) is required; the federal professional certificate (eidg.
