Head of Operations

Your tasks: • Overall responsibility for production from the AVOR/Purchasing, Manufacturing, Assembly and Logistics departments with around 25-30 employees • Leadership, promotion and development of employees in production • Planning, control and monitoring of production capacities and deadlines • Ensuring economical, high-quality and timely production • Continuous optimization of processes, procedures and resources • Close cooperation with Sales, Design, Customer Service, Purchasing, AVOR, Assembly and Management • Participation in investment and procurement projects as well as production planning Your profile: • Technical basic training in mechanical, metal or plant engineering • Further training as production manager, technician HF, engineer FH or comparable qualification • Several years of management experience in a producing industrial company • In-depth knowledge of production processes, production planning and Lean Management • High social competence, assertiveness and enjoyment of leading employees • Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured and solution-oriented approach • High social competence, assertiveness and enjoyment of leading employees
