You will learn to assemble and commission high-precision grinding machines and actively participate when the first high-precision components are manufactured and measured on these machines. Collaboration in the areas of purchasing, planning and project management completes the extensive learning area. During your training, experienced practical instructors will accompany you and support you on your way to a well-founded technical vocational training. Your training focuses Mechanical manufacturing Production of components by turning, milling, drilling and grinding – conventional and computer-aided. CNC technology Setting up, operating and programming modern CNC machines as well as optimizing manufacturing processes. Assembly / Commissioning / Maintenance Assembly of assemblies, commissioning of plants and their maintenance. Technical and organizational basics Reading technical drawings, getting to know materials, measuring precisely, ensuring quality standards and the necessary organization.
