Your mission at the front • Warm consultation: You actively approach customers, advise them with style confidence regarding color and fashion style choices, and find the perfect look for everyone. • Service professional: You live our service standards, process purchases on modern cash register systems, and make shopping an experience. • Relationship management & charm: You win regular customers, maintain contacts, and handle complaints confidently and solution-oriented. • Store aesthetics: You ensure optimal product presentation (Visual Merchandising), help with goods receipt, and keep the sales floor perfectly maintained. What you bring with you • Experience & training: You bring sound experience in sales (ideally fashion industry) or completed training in retail (specialization in textiles). • Personality: You are a communicative sales talent with a winning, reliable aura and speak fluent German. • Flexibility & team spirit: Punctuality is a matter of course for you. You are a team player and ready to perform your assignments flexibly (including Saturday work). • That certain extra (Optional): Do you have an affinity for social media and enjoy presenting fashionable looks for our online presence?
