Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Manage customer orders in the mobile telephony and telecommunications sector, including planning, cost and quality control, and punctual delivery of services • Collaborate on various projects, including OMC tenders, and coordinate meetings between different stakeholders • Provide customers with qualified assistance and advice in managing mobile telephony subscriptions and other telecommunications services; ensure correct order fulfillment, from the initial request to billing • Manage relationships with suppliers and act as a contact person for external suppliers regarding invoices, process optimization, quality assurance, and clarification of financial issues; organize and conduct periodic service and operational meetings • Promote continuous process improvement and the automation of existing ones <br /> What distinguishes you • Tertiary-level training (SUP/SSS) in computer science or business informatics or equivalent solid professional experience as well as several years of experience in the mobile telephony and telecommunications sector • Goal-oriented, structured, and autonomous working method; willingness to take on responsibility, ability to maintain an overview, as well as competence and interest in using electronic tools for order management • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a healthy ability to assert oneself • Rapid learning ability, understanding of complex issues and economic-business connections • Strong team spirit, positive attitude, psychophysical resilience, and conflict management skills • Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language <br /> In summary Are you a performance-oriented person who wants to be a competent point of reference for both customers and UFIT and who knows how to maintain an overview even during the most intense moments?
