For the demanding task of manufacturing medical products using the plastic injection molding process, we have around 90 dedicated employees who feel comfortable with us and are important to us. We are looking for a Project Manager 100% (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement Your main tasks: • Responsible for the successful implementation of customer projects from the first contact with the customer to series production readiness as the central interface between customers, suppliers and interdisciplinary teams • Creation of offers as well as project calculations and post-calculations • Planning and implementation of qualifications and validations in injection molding • Implementation of trade fair appearances • Implementation and documentation of risk analyses in the project context • Maintenance and further development of customer and supplier relationships Your profile: • Completed basic technical training with knowledge in plastics, design or toolmaking • Ideally higher technical training in plastics technology (FH, HF in plastics) • Experience in project management with interdisciplinary project teams as well as the ability to motivate, technically lead and accompany team members • Hands-on mentality, combined with a strong sense of responsibility and high level of independence • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as very good technical and analytical competencies, combined with the ability to both oversee the big picture and dive into technical details if necessary • Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing • Confident handling of common MS Office tools • Experience with GMP documentation and in the medical field is an advantage • Non-smoker We offer: • Employment in a future-oriented company with demanding and varied projects in the medical field • A top modern equipped workplace with the latest IT infrastructure • Flexible working hours with possibilities for home office • 28 days of vacation per year • E-charging station parking spaces for employees • Free English and German courses • Room for initiative and opportunities to help shape things If you are interested, then take your chance and send your complete application documents via e-mail to: SAMAPLAST AG Herr Christian Speck | Tel +41 71 747 20 34 bewerbung@samaplast.ch
